SHOES
Our handcrafted shoes can have superficial imperfections and slight stretch marks on the leather. These are incorporated as part of the craftsmanship, and do not compromise the aesthetics or functionality of the shoes. They are the unique result of their handmade nature. Because leather has a natural flexibility it may stretch 3mm after the third day of being worn.
The customer can choose the right size from the SIZE CHART.
The size can be verified by using the VERIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS, where the exact footprint size and exact measurements are entered. The footprint should be scanned and sent to the following email:

SHIPPING
$10.00 Flat-Rate Standard Shipping
 
International orders are shipped via UPS International Mail. All orders include a tracking number.
International shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped to. These charges are solely the customer's responsibility.
Currently, shipping time for each pair of shoes can take up to 5 to 6 weeks,  depending on the style; since they are handmade to order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Product must be returned within the first 3 days after delivery.
 
The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned shoes, to the credit card or debit card used at time of purchase.
Shipping and any other associated shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges will only be made due to an error on our part on the shoe sizing. No other exchanges will be made beacause of color, or type of model.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any order cancellations must be made within the fist 7 days of having placed the purchase order. Only 50% of the total product price will be refunded. Cancellations made after are the first 7 days of the purchase date, will not be valid; at which time payment is absolutely non refundable.
